Upon arrival after a long journey, we were greeted by Graeme with a very warm welcome, he had all our booking details ready to check us in. He gave us all local information with parking, where to eat etc... Breakfast was lovely, overall very accommodating, clean rooms, nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would go back again. Thank you so much & wish you success.

Everything was nice, fabulous hotel, the location was incredible next to the front, Tower and town centre and the attractions, shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants, trams and prom. They provided a very very good breakfast with cerials, juice plus types of tea. We loved the original-style building and neat room with a card held on my account. The staff was pleasant and exceptionally nice, offered excellent services.

My room was pretty standard but it had all the modern comforts I needed, like a kettle and a toaster. the staff was really good, they took care of everything. the breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but got the job done 🍳.
